COMPANY'S AIMS & OBJECTIVES
 
Aims and Objectives  
HPCC has aims to contribute to the rehabilitation and development of Afghanistan though the planning designing and undertaking of economic and humanitarian assistance. To helped the process of a smooth resettlement of retiring Afghan refugeesand displaced into their rural communities.
 
HPCC Is created to meet the following objectives:
 
  To identify relief and rehabilitation needs.
     
  To organize financial resources and implementation possibilities to the planned relief ad rehabilitation projects in Afghanistan.
     
  To convey donor.s assistance to Afghan entitled though implementing of any rehabilitation projects without anydiscrimination.
     
  To directly implement relief program the economic and social.
     
  To work out plans for rural development in order to improve the living standard of plans community level in the country according to the government development plans and funding assistance.
