Haroon Popal Construction Company (HPCC ) is established in 2007 by a Group of qualified Afghan Engineers in Helmand Provice as head office and Kabul, Nangarhar, Kandahar, Urozgan provices as sub branches. HPCC has qualified and experience Engineers with the capacity in Designing, Estimation, Sketching, Technical services, Surveying, Supervision and implementation of the Projects including Building, Roads, Bridges and Irrigation structures.

HPCC has aims to contribute to the rehabilitation and development of Afghanistan though the planning, designing and undertaking of economic and humanitarian assistance. We also aim to help the process of a smooth resettlement of retiring Afghan refugees to place into their rural communities.
